Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 3 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority.

Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to log in, go to your order history and initiate return. For any confusion contact us at temptationbags@gmail.com. Our delivery partner will pick the package up within 2 working days. Please note that if self-shipping, the returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We encourage people to make unboxing videos. It always helps.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We have quick provision of exchanging your product. You just need to specify the reason to exchange and the product you would want to exchange your order with. All you have to do is Log in to your account and visit your order history. Rest is easy. Exchange and Returns on COD orders are applicable at exchange Shipping Free of Rs 50. Whatsapp the exchange details.

Return on COD is not applicable.

On special Request, we do charge an exchange shipping fee of Rs. 100.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at temptationbags@gmail.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of his and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at temptationbags@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at temptationbags@gmail.com and send your item to: Purse Corner, T-549, T-553, Punjabi Gali, Nabi Karim, Paharganj, New Delhi-110055 (INDIA).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Temptation

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the amount shall be refunded back to source within 5-7 working days.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case of requests for order cancellations, Temptation reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund credit within 5-7 working days shall be given to you. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Temptation has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Temptation and accept Temptation decision regarding the cancellation.

COD Available:

-Cash on delivery service is available all over India
-We charge flat ₹150 on orders below ₹599/-
-We charge flat ₹100 on orders above ₹600/-

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after placement.

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, and it takes another 5-7 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.

COD ORDERS: If you place an order above ₹5000 on COD, you need to pay a minimum advance amount to proceed with your order. Our representative will call you to confirm the order and request an advance payment (minimum ₹500) online, with the remaining balance to be paid in cash on delivery. The order will be dispatched only after the payment is made. Please make the payment only on the barcode/bank details provided by us. Note: Free shipping is ONLY applicable to pincodes that are serviced by our logistics partners. In the case that your pincode is un-serviceable, an additional shipping charge will apply to your order. Our team will get in touch with you and inform you of the same before dispatching your order.

For all domestic orders (within India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
